Fundraising Tips

Having observed various organisations fundraising with us over the past years this is our suggestion for how best to fundraise for your organisation.

Schools
It is hard to distribute boxes to all the kids so most schools send out a Fundraising Newsletter.  We suggest you purchase the A5 coloured flyers to attach to this so people understand what the Box of Cards look like.  Have a box on display in the office if parents would like to view it and have parents in the playground after school with boxes view/or sell.

Pre-Schools

Send a newsletter out to all the families with an Order Form attached and have a display box of the product at your sign in book.

 

Playgroups/Dance Groups/Guides/Scouts
Give each family a box with our Form 1 (look under forms on Website).  This gives the parents an opportunity to buy the box (or return it).  By having a box upfront they have an opportunity to show others and bring back more orders.  If you can’t give each family a box then we suggest you look under Schools.

 

**  Tips:

• As you sell the boxes give each person our Form 2 (look under forms on Website).  This gives the buyer an opportunity to bring back more orders before your fundraising ends. 
  
  
• Ordering upfront won’t cost you a thing, remember you get a 28 day invoice, returns accepted with unopened original plastic wrap.
  
  
• We suggest that you order a small amount of stock up front to start your fundraising.  If people want to purchase a box immediately you need to be able to provide it.  Also seeing the quality of the product people will be more willing to purchase.
